London:Actress and activists Emma Watson has donated £1million to kickstart a new British fund to help women facing harassment and abuse at work , launched ahead of Sunday's British Academy Film awards and backed by hundreds of female entertainment stars.
The justice and equality funds was announced in an open letter supporting the US Times Up movement, signed by around 200 women ,including actresses Kate Winslet,  Emma Thompson,Kristin Scott Thomas ,Keira Knight -ly and saoirse Ronan.

Washington : presidPresDonald Trump under pressure from angry ,grieving students from Florida high school where a gunman killed 17 people last week ordered the justice department on Tuesday to issue regulations banning so-called bump stocks , which convert semiautomatic guns into automatic weapons like those used last year in the massacre of concertgoers in Las Vegas. A day earlier Trump signalled that he was open to supporting legislation that would modestly improve the national gun background check system,and on Tuesday night he posted on Twitter that Democrats and Republicans "must now focus on strengthening Background checks!".
